Your time is valued with our full attention, and the difference shows. We take consultation and pricing seriously. We believe in full transparency and our listed prices will NEVER increase in the chair without discussion. We aim to keep you bougie in YOUR budget. All clients booking waxing services will be given a thorough skin analysis and consultation prior to beginning the service. You WILL be turned away and be recommended another service if you are found to be contraindicated for this service. NO EXCEPTIONS! Please have 2-4 weeks of hair growth by appointment time, 1 week at a minimum. No shaving or touching up beforehand for best results.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Contrast Hair and Makeup is an appointment based salon. Arriving late for scheduled appointments, late-cancellations, and skipped appointments have negative impacts on our business. Please text/call us if you are going to be late to your scheduled appointment. If you are running more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, you may need to be rescheduled. If you are unable to make your appointment, please cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. If you cancel after that time, you will be billed a 30% ‘Late Cancellation Fee’. If you skip your scheduled appointment, you will be billed a ‘No-Show Fee’ of 30% of your scheduled serivce.
